Error Can Not Boot From Network
When I Turn On Computer At The Compaq Screen It Says F12 Network Service Boot Bootp.... Please Help

You can boot but you will need to go through the f12 and select the proper boot process.
This happened because of changes made to the system.
The "official" way to do this is to give the task advertisement a mandatory schedule. If that's the case, then the PXE Service Point (which is ConfigMgr's "wrapper" around WDS) will use the non-F12 network boot programs.
Using the mandatory schedule on the advertisement gives you the flexibility to have some computers boot and require the F12 while others don't, depending on what collections they are in and what advertisement is targeted at the collection.
I would reccomend doing this on your own unless you are very familiar with making registry changes. Thee best thing to do is to seek out the help of a pc tech.
