Normally, you just log into your router and get the WEP key from the wireless settings.  However, WEP is NOT secure and has not been for many years.  You should switch to WPA2 (WPA with AES if you have old equipment that doesn't support WPA2).

If you can't login to your router because you have lost the admin password as well, then you can try the default password for your particular model as documented by your manual.  If that doesn't work, then follow the reset to factory default procedure in your manual to restore the device to default settings, and then configure it from scratch.  Make sure you change the admin password, encrypt wireless with WPA2 and a strong password, and then save the passwords somewhere safe so you have them in case you forget again.
