I've Contacted Both And They Can't Help Me Either .altough

at one point of programing the other day i did get vol. out of the sound bar but today i went back after i shut the tv.etc. off w/ all on button and i coudn't control vol. w/ comcast remote after programing it earlier.can this help

Have you done a volume unlock? Choose AUX and press setup until it blinks. Press 9-9-3 and then the VOL button once.
