When I Called Comcast I Was Told There Is A 9.00 Charge. What Is The Deal Here?
First I called the number on the letter. Got a complete incompetent that hung up on me and no new modem I called comcast a week later and was told there is a $9.00 and some change charge.Is this a scam?
