Hi, if you are talking about your Comcast email username and password, then perhaps you have them written down wrong or Comcast gave them to you wrong. If you call Comcast customer service they should be able to help you.

If you are talking about the username and password for your Comcast router, you'll have to call Comcast tech support. If you know the router's model name or number, you can post it here as a question, and we can provide you with the default username and password to be sure you have the right one.
