I've forgotten my parental controls pin number how can I get the TV to fully function without me knowing the code?Coby tftv 4025.

Look in your manual for Lock Menu under TV Function. (The headings may be slightly different.) If you can't find the lock menu instructions, follow the instructions at http://bit.ly/2AnGUgW for a similar Coby model.
