Device Not Charging
I have a Coby Kyros MID7011-TV device for about 2months now. The device is not charging while it is ON, and I even tried connecting the device to the computer the device is not recognized no activity whtsoever. But when I POWER OFF the device, it is charging. I this is just a simple system issue that can be fixed by just downloading a specific application. Please help me with this issue. Thank you!

The battery is failing and you have to click here and follow the instructions
First reset it by putting a pin in the reset hole and hold it for 30 seconds.
