Replacing Rechargeable Battery
My MP3 will not charge any longer. Can I replace the rechargeable battery in it?

The unit's rechargeable battery was not originally made to be user-replaceable but to be potentially taken to a Coby authorized service center whenever such need be but Coby has sadly gone out of business a few years back. You can force entry and both access and replace the battery but you may not be able to seal everything as they may have been.
