Why Is The Mp620 Not Accepting Bbc Radio Podcast Downloads Or Any Music?

I have downloaded the items and they are listed on the browser but do not play. I have now repaired mdia manager usign Coby wizard and files are all gone! The music I loaded also did not play. I bought this product at Maplin and explained that I required it for radio programme downloads. It is unsatisfactory. If it cannot do this I would like a refund.
