Screen Problem And Sound Interruption When Playing Music

Hello, I have a Coby MP 601-4GB and when I enter the Music folder , the screen is like damaged with white stripes, I cannot see anything on it , and the music is playing with interruptions. Photos are ok . I have tried to reset the device but no use, please advise.. thanks

Hi. You needed to update the device's firmeare. But as you may already know, Coby has been out of business for a while now and thus it may not be easy to avail a compatible firmware/ROM pack for the model.
