Why Won't My Coby Mp600 4-g Let Me Download Stuff?

I own a Coby mp600 4-g mp3 player. Whenever I try to download music, videos, or pictures to my device, the files show up in my explorer but not the music, photos, or videos buttons. It says that its on the device but I can't see or listen to it. Please Help!!! Also how do you delete music\pics?
