Not Opening Free Skype

i bought this device 2 months ago and up to now no technition managed to connect it to free skype . is there any hope to be connected or i was cheated

Greetings - Have you tried Skype's Techmen among the tried technicians? - Nevermind if you did, otherwise these may just be the ones who could be of great help.
