Need Help With Unlocking A Cosby Kyros. Forgot The Pattern Password.

Hi. You will sadly need to perform a factory reset -

Turn off the unit completely.
Press and hold the volume down (-) button.
While holding down the volume down (-) button, press the power button to turn on the unit. Once you see Coby logo on the screen, you can release the power button, but you still need to keep holding the volume down (-) button until you see Android robot logo on the screen.
The "Android system recovery" menu will appear on the screen. The volume up (+) button is used to scroll up in the menu list, while the volume down (-) button is used to scroll down. The power button is used to select and/or enter an option. With these select "Wipe data/factory reset" and follow the on screen directions.
