Tablet Dilemma...

I bought a Coby MD7012 from Toys "R" Us on 05/07/2012 set it up with pass word and a week later, I could not open the dang thing up. It has set on my desk since that day. I am a US Vetran that suffers from "TBI" so welcome to me world. I feel pretty goofy not remembering the password and user name but this is true. I have the receipt, original box, and if you were to look at it, there is not a smudge, scratch or blem of any kind on it. It is new in the fact that it has never been used. Is there anyway to reset it so I can give it to my daughter to play on? Please help me so I can use the Tablet. I can send it to you if that helps out. Thank you for your time! Thomas Markus
