Can't Set Up My Email On Coby Mid7012

I have a hotmail plus acct. I also have a yahoo email acct. and I have a gmail acct. However I can't set any of them up and just get that stupid info regarding a plus acct. Does this mean I have to pay to use my email on this peice of crap?
