Colby Mid7016-4g Canno T Get On Because It Says Enter Password I Never Put A Pas
Not sure how a password got on here but I have tried grandkids said they did not do it now we are stuck so how do I get this unlocked!Thank You!

Greetings. If you remember the Gmail email address you used, then try and login using the Gmail credential by tapping on Forgot pattern (or Forgot Password) - then try enter everything before the "@" smbol as your user name (eg. If your email address is [email protected] then only enter "name") and enter "null" as your password and try and observe.
The only other option is to hard reset the device.
