Won't Connect To Drive Smarter App

how do I connect my cobra sc200 front facing dashcam to my drive smarter app if it is still registered to the previous owners app.

okay so the only option I have is the 2nd one you said but I just a went out to my truck and tried this method and it still says that the device is already registered toanother account for drive smarter. Any other way ? Thank you.

If your Cobra SC200 dashcam is still registered to the previous owner's app, you will need to unregister it from their account before you can connect it to your own Drive Smarter app. Here are the steps to do this:

Contact the previous owner and ask them to unregister the dashcam from their account. They can do this by opening the Drive Smarter app, selecting the dashcam from the list of devices, and choosing the option to unregister.
If you are unable to contact the previous owner or they are unable to unregister the dashcam, you may need to perform a factory reset on the device. To do this, press and hold the power button until the LED light turns off, then release the button. The device will reset to its default settings and can be set up again as a new device in your Drive Smarter app.
Once the dashcam is unregistered from the previous owner's account or reset to its default settings, you can connect it to your Drive Smarter app. To do this, download and install the Drive Smarter app from the App Store or Google Play, then follow the on-screen instructions to set up a new device. When prompted, select the Cobra SC200 dashcam and follow the steps to connect it to your account.

Note: If you reset the dashcam to its default settings, you will lose any video recordings or settings that were previously stored on the device. Be sure to back up any important data before performing a factory reset.
