Ka Bands Does Not Work!

Hello!My device does not alert KA bands! The Band is on, checked via irad APP. Device model number: iRAD 200FW version: S1m-4-03In order to solve the issue, I did a "Restore default settings", but nothing, the issue remains.Let me know what I can do.Thank youAlfredo
