Cobra 29 Lx 50th Anniversary Error Message ?

It's flashing "eeeeeeee" where the frequency would normally read out. Nothing on the radio seems to working at all. It started this as I attempted to change the channel. I've unplugged the power to it and rebooted to no avail. Unable to locate a reset button. Maybe it's fried.....
