How Do You Get A Recorded Bb On My Computer's Home Screen Without Breaking It?

I would like to get a Bb recorded to my homescreen so whenever I open my computer it plays it. I would also like to record something so whilethe Bb is playing I can say, "Fashizzle!" and have it repeat. I have a Juaome M3042 Desktop. Thanks!
