Paid Subscription

i paid $20 for my subscription in January 2018. I still get emails saying Im due for an upgrade and I cannot acces nthe features paid members pay for. I paid via PayPal and have written your company before with nothing in response but an automatically generated email asking me to please consider renewing rather than unsubscribing. This is beyond ridiculous as we are now into April which means I have paid for 4 months and not been able to use it. After doimg some research, I have found that this is a pretty common problem as far as customers complaints not being addressed or offerimg a phone number to access technical support and speak to a real person rather than being pushed aside with some computerized response. I will reach out to Paypal and I guarantee I will get results from them since my purchase was protected through them. Classmates.com. What a joke!
