Regarding Billing
I'm writing to classemates about current billing that you all are doing on my account here lately. I just had another billing on the 12/7/11. I'm not apart of classmates and I want to know how your billing me for this charge of 15.00 a month. I want my money put back at aonce and please do close out this account that you all have created for me.
I want a respond back at once and if not I'll go futher with getting my money back.

Hi Dorothy, you'll have to contact Classmates.com directly about that -- HelpOwl can't resolve your billing issue with them. You can try using Classmates.com's online Help Center, and if they can't (or won't) resolve your issue, you can contact ConsumerAffairs.com, the Better Business Bureau for your region, or your state's Attorney General office.
