With the few details you've provided, it's hard to help you. What are you doing to try, and what happens? The correct procedure to follow is laid out at the first link here.

Perhaps Classmates is rejecting your (valid) email address. If so, I've found that typing the information by hand (rather than using the system clipboard or a password manager to enter it) will often solve. It's also possible that your Internet Service Provider may give you a solution. In the worst case you may have to use a different email address: Gmail will let you receive its mail at your current (other) mailbox.
