This should stop future charges but may or may not affect outstanding charges. To reverse outstanding charges, send a certified snailmail to the company, giving them a reasonable time (say 10 days) in which to respond. Then if you don't receive satisfaction you may want to appeal to your bank—but observe the bank's time limits, which you can learn by phoning the bank. Here's Classmates's address:
