Membership Began 12/4/10. They Charged Me 11/23/10. I Want Refund/cancel.

Free Members
You may cancel your free membership by removing your information from the Classmates directory. To do so, please follow these steps found at the Classmates.com web site regarding cancellations:
Log in to your account. Click here. Choose the appropriate reason for removal. Click REMOVE REGISTRATION to complete the process.
Gold Members
If you wish to cancel your Gold membership, please contact our Member Care Team regarding your request. A representative will respond to your message via email to assist you in converting your membership to the free level.
Note: You may cancel your Gold membership and/or remove your name from our site at any time; however, per the Terms of Service to which you agreed when you paid for your Gold membership, membership fees are non-refundable, so a cancellation will result in the forfeiture of your membership fee.
