How To Be Removed From Your Advertising Mailing List

We've been customers for 20 years and do not want to receive anything by mail from Citibnak EXCEPT our account information. I was disconnected with a help phone person.  I really am an unsatisfied customer in this regard.  We get buckets of unwanted mail from you.  Please help.
