Do I Have To Have Escrow For Mortgage Ins To Qualify Just To Apply For Harp2?
They will not process my application for HARP2 unless I have escrow for mortgage ins first. I called A few times and was transferred several times to different departments. I was finally transferred to Escrow Dept to first apply for mortgage ins and was kept on hold for several hours today and was unable to resolve this problem so I can apply for President Obama's HARP2 program. I have wasted so many hours trying to apply for this program, but to no avail.
