How Do I Remove Case To Replace Cooling Fan?

Need to replace noisy fan.  Have pulled screws from back and sides but outer case does not come off.

Remove any hardware from the sides, rack ears or stacking brackets. Remove 5 hex/slotted screws from rear panel, case slides off to the rear. At this point you can either remove the fan label and rubber seal and lubricate or replace the fan,
