How To Accept Anonymous Caller.

According to the administration guide, the ATA does not accept by default anonymous call (Block ANC Serv Enable Block Anonymous Calls Service Default setting: Yes). If I set to No this feature, the ATA still drop the anonymous call.  I have perform the test with a softphone to accept call.  It does accept anonymous and non anonymous call.  How do I set the ATA SPA112 to accept anonymous call.  I have not found how to so far. Regards.
