Factory Resetting

How to Factory reset the Cisco AIR-LAP1252AG-E-K9 because I dont know the Ip address as well. I have tried to hold the mode button as well but it again goes to user name and password screen

Hi, there are additional steps to resetting the device, in addition to pressing the mode button:

- Disconnect the device's power cable
- Press the Mode button, and hold it down while you reconnect the power cable
- Wait a few seconds, for the Ethernet light to turn amber, then let go of the Mode button
