Coolant Leak

I dont know the name of the part thats leeaking but I can describe the area its leaking from.  Its right next to the block there are two pieces attached to it and looks like the seal has worn out on it.  Please help it looks like a simple change but I dont know the name of it

My best guess is that the water pump is leaking. They sell for around $40 at most auto parts stores. Here's what your water pump looks like:
