What Would Keep Draining The Battery When Sitting Overnight

after putting a new battery, starter, starter relay.  When the car sits all night the battery is dead. When you unhook the battery cables over night and put them back on in the morning it will start. With the key off and you take the battery cables off and touch the ground post it will spark.
