Can A Lack Of Oil Change, Or My Car Being Low On Oil Cause My Timing Belt To Bre

Yes, that can cause your timing belt to break. If the camshaft isn't lubricated properly, it can seize up. When it seizes up, the crankshaft keeps turning, which will break the timing belt.
