Ticking Sound Coming From Engine

I hear a ticking sound coming from my engine. Oil is clean and full

this could be caused by multiple issues. bad spark plug. bent rod. loose lifters etc. i would reccomend a tune up if you have not had one in 30-60k miles due to if a spark plug goes bad it can cause the spark plug to stop arcing in the cylinder and arc off the head if the probe is worn.
