Where Is The Fuse Box Located In A 2003 Chrysler Town And Country

There are two fuse junctions in this vehicle. One should be to the left of, and slightly below, the sterring wheel behind a removeable cover, the other is in the engine compartment near the battery.

It is under the hood next to the battery.  It is black and rectangle shape
