1. The organization has a deactivation procedure but not one for resignation. Follow the procedure as provided at https://www.christianmingle.com/help/faqs/account/.
2. Unfortunately, the organization will not refund any part of your fee.
3. If you need to talk to someone, see the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/christianmingle/custom.... There you'll see instructions for "How to reach a live person."
