Malibu Ltz Turbo 3 Turbo Failures Engine Failure Now, Blown Piston

Model year 2013 with 47,000 miles. Purchased 10-22-2012. What can I do? Would this qualify as a LEMON?

Since it is past the 36000 mile warranty it isn't covered. Hopefully you have an extended warranty. As to the lemon laws, that is a civil matter that requires many documented model failures.
