Car Has A Miss And The Check Engine Light Is On!!

My 2011 Chevy Malibu has a miss in it and the check engine light came on. It has less than 35,000.00 on it. What could it be??

The warning light is to let you know the ecm has thrown an error & when convenient to get it scanned to see the cause. If it's still in warranty take it to the dealer.
