Recall 2011 Chevy Camaro Seats

Today I was very sadden I have a recall on my Camaro so I made a appointment yesterday with Munday Chevy in Northwest Houston for 8:15 this morning so I arrive at my appointment and the couldn't find me so they did my paperwork so the young lady that booked me said that it would take two to four hours so I called back at 3:48 and spoke to Mr.MT and he said Mr. T could help me bit it was not ready so I said I must get it because I must go to work so when arrive it wasn't ready so the sales manager decided to give me a loaner car and the whole time I'm looking at my car during process someone comes and tells me my car will be ready in 20 minutes so when he arrives with the loaner car paperwork he tells me that my car is finish but the whole time we watch them pull my car up there without the work being done and no one ever return to do the work because they thought I just was coming to get it and take somewhere else and they are billing you I think should know and what can be done about it

Hello, that is very unfortunate about your experience. If you are not getting any satisfaction from the service center, you can try contacting Chevrolet to see if they can do anything. You could also consider contacting the Better Business Bureau in your area.
