How Do I Remove The Bench Seats From A 2010 Express 3500

1. Un-clip the two black L-shaped pins out of the plastic trays embedded in the floor under each seat.
2. Lift the plastic-coated handle of the pins until they are straight up, then slide them "inboard" (toward the centerline of the van). At this point you should be able to remove the pins completely.
3. Rock the entire seat forward, this should dislodge it from the seat track.
4. You're going to need some muscles to "walk" the seat out the back doors and set them on the ground.
