Clock Time Will Not Stay Set

I have a 2010 LTZ with pioneer system, rear seat dvd, nav, xm and so on.  The time will not remain set after the vehicle is turned off.  I can only adjust time and not date - no function other than day + or day - to change the date.  Why is this constantly resetting?
