Rolls With Shifter In Park.

I have a 2010 Cobalt with automatic transmission.  The vehicle rolls when in park.  Has anyone had a problem with this.  Yesterday the vehicle was idling in park, and wound up rolling down my driveway and into a ditch.  Did someone attempt to steal it?  Or, is it a transmission issue?  It always has rolled more than just a few inches when on an incline and in park.
