The general rule for a temporary spare tire is 50 MPH maximum. I would recommend staying well under that speed. The worst part of a temporary spare is the loss of handling with an odd size wheel on the car. You can go at least 50 MPH on the tire, but you ability to keep the car on the road at a  higher speed is another thing all together.
