Procedure For Filing A Grievance With A Chevrolet Car Dealership

I just bought a used car. Certain lthings happened that I did not like. We worked them out. After signing papers I was taken to the car. The car was running. I was informed that I should go straight lhome because I may not be able to start the car onceI turn it off. The key was missing a chip. The manager ordered a new one. The new key 'should' be available tomorrow. I was shocked. Since it was closing time I did not argue. However the sales person repeated and told me to go straight home instead of getting 'stuck' out on the road: not being able to get it started again. When I got home and out of the car, I noticed a large dinge at the top of the car above the right corner of the door. Now I now why the sales person had his hand on top the the car like that. I am not happy. How can I make a complaint. I want my car back that I traded in.
