Keyless Remote Won't Unlock Door To 2009 Corvette Zhz?

does anyone know why the keyless entry would stop working? I can open the passenger door with keyless entry, but driver's side door will not open. The only way I can enter is to pull the latch on the drivers side to manually open the door. thanks! Karen
