Help On My 2009 Chevy Cobalt Ls 2.2l?

Why does my car tells me that the "cooling mode is on" because i took it to autozone and the told me that it was the thermastat and the battery and i bought it new and it still show me thr light ?

Here are other possible causes of the 'Cooling mode on' though the best way is by far using a scan tool and follow the diagnostic code to the last bit of possible cause.
  • Low or no coolant
  • Hole in the radiator
  • Failing water pump

And also, did you get the thermostat sorted?
