'hold' Light Flashing

Dear Sir, My Name is Riyas, I am using 2007 model Aveo, now a days in my car "HOLD" light is flashing on meter boad and auto transmission in jammed..At a time i am stopping and engine off the car and again started it, its going to normal.same like happening many times..i have checked with many Mechanical people, they cant found it the problem, can you help me what i want to do to clear my car..please help me..please..where i can go, to Electrician or Mechanic?
