Recalls And Ignition

i came home last night and my key was stuck in th on position. i pulled the fuel relay fuse to turn it off. could not find the battery relay fuse. now my car has a dead battery, a key stuck in the on position and cant move out of park. i want to know if chevy is going to cover the cost of my stuck key?. chevy knew about this years before and continude to make it the same way.
