Blown Fuse - Plug Used For Analysis

I tried to get my car inspected and found out a fuse was blown and analysis could not be made. Where the fuse is and what it is for is unknown.  It is a 2007 Trailblazer 6 cylinder automatic  Can you help me?  I need to get the car inspected this month so that I can renew tag.  Thanks.
