Oil Pressure Shout Engine Off Light.
this light comes on and goes off the bell dings while the light is on and then it ges off and then back on.

That happens when the oil is low or has gone without being changed for long enough that the oil is breaking down. In the case of the later, the oil-sludge is gumming up the sending unit. Either way there isnt much of an oil flow going on whether its because its low on oil or the oil is turning/has turned to sludge.
With the engine off, pull the dipstick and on the end theres an add one quart line and another line above it that is the full mark. Check it and add whats needed. If its been more than 3,000 miles since the oil was changed, change the oil.
If neither one of these scenerios is the case, you most likely have a bad oil sending unit and should take it in for service.
